Our company name reflects "food protection technology" as it pertains to both food safety and food quality over the entire chain of food production and distribution.Dr. Siobhan S. Reilly is the founder, President, and CEO. She received graduate degrees in food microbiology from Oklahoma State University while working full time for the Animal Science Department and the Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center (FAPC). Through her extension appointment at FAPC, Dr. Reilly gained valuable knowledge and experience by working closely with local and national food companies. She was encouraged by those companies and OSU to locate her business in OklahomaOur initial location was the Business Development Center (business incubator) of the Meridian Technology Center in Stillwater. The first sample for testing was received on September 2, 2003. In March 2008, we occupied our own property north of Stillwater. Visitors have easy access to our new location via I-35 and the Cimarron Turnpike (see map and directions).
